this evening, Sunny and Megan (Dave’s sister) were playing a rousing game of Battleship. Megan was sure she had hit one of the ships more than enough times to sink it. Sunny says “well, you did hit it, but then I moved it out of the way”.
We explained that was cheating and she can’t move a ship. Sunny responds “well, that is what Broder does.”
So, Broder got hauled upstairs on his ear and read the riot act. Our family’s “you can’t cheat, that is wrong, you will end up leading a life of crime and spend your best years in prison” speech that we drag out for these kind of offenses.
He admitted to his transgressions and was sitting on the couch when Kjell came upstairs, wanting to know what was going on. So we told him. And his response?
“That’s why I can never win when we play!”.

Hah that’s hilarious. That little anecdote tells so much about all three of your personalities. I love it!

… all three of your kids’ personalities… I should say. I have no idea how many personalities you have or what it says about them.
