So, for the last few years we have lived in the alternate universe that is Sugar Land, Texas.
Things are ridiculously pretty here. Houses are big, yards are manicured, turn lanes have lights to guide you (can’t adequately describe this, just come visit)
I think for most of the community, these things are the norm. But for me, it’s still all new and, frankly, a little overwhelming.
That said, we have a fridge with an ice maker for the first time. (Ok it has been 3 years, but the novelty has not worn off)
I never ever want to go back to ice trays.
